・The 3rd Daimonji 100 Trail Running Race

As the "most urban 100km trail running race," this trail running race is attractive for its easy accessibility. The race is run around a 12km loop course, so even beginners can easily challenge it at their own pace. This is a Kyoto trail race with a homely atmosphere that supports first-time 100km challengers, and a comprehensive support system.

This trail course is about 28km long and allows you to enjoy Higashiyama's natural and historical scenery. With a cumulative elevation of 1,350m, the course is suitable for beginners. Bishamon-do Temple, the starting point, is a historic temple, and the area around Shizuhara Shrine, the finishing point, is surrounded by a tranquil rural landscape, making this a race that is sure to leave a lasting impression, as well as a record-breaking experience.
