I've tried socks from many different manufacturers, but Ultimate ASO are the socks I'm most satisfied with. From everyday training to races, I've never had any trouble with the socks, even in long races such as overnight races. They are ideal socks in terms of both compression and grip. They fit my small feet well, so they don't get in the way of my shoes and are comfortable from start to finish. I can't think of any other socks at the moment, and I'm already a repeat customer who continues to purchase them.

In fact, one of the causes of nail troubles that are common among runners is the foot sliding back and forth inside the shoe, causing repeated impacts to the toes. Running socks aren't cheap, and since they're a consumable item, I wanted to avoid creating as much waste as possible, so I tried out socks from various manufacturers looking for something durable.
I've put in these socks and put in nearly 1,000km, but there aren't any holes in them, and the anti-slip surface doesn't seem to be wearing down. If they were from another manufacturer, they would have holes in them and become trash by now.
I'd like to say that I'll buy it again if it develops a hole in it, but I don't think I'll need to replace it for a few more years.

This is my first purchase. I used them for Mt.FUJI 100. They are neither too thin nor too thick, so I didn't feel any discomfort when I wore them. I wore them for over 250km, including the actual race, and they didn't seem to tear at all, so they seem to be very durable. I also noticed that the stopper on the sole of the foot prevents the socks from slipping inside the shoe even when going down the trail. I don't think I'll have to search for socks for a while.

I'm not a 100-miler, but I usually only use round-type boots, so I bought the five-toed type to try out. There was no rubbing between my toes, and it felt good. I didn't feel any stuffiness.
