Wool mesh short socks are cool and dry, providing all the functionality you need in the summer.

We have applied the know-how we have gained from developing socks for athletes to daily use, and have come up with the optimal solution for spending the summer comfortably.

The material is made of ultra-fine merino wool 2/60. It has a smooth finish with little pilling. Furthermore, wool is a material that is perfect for summer, so much so that it is said to be a natural air conditioner. Its comfortable texture and cooling effect ensure a dry and comfortable fit.

The mesh structure is knitted using a rare special knitting machine, achieving outstanding breathability.

Wool fibers are crinkled. The crinkles are entangled in many layers, and the gaps between them contain about 60% air. This layer of air keeps out the cold in winter and the heat in summer.

Wool is a fiber that does not transfer heat well. It transfers heat only one-fifth as much as synthetic fibers and half as much as cotton.

Wool has spring-like properties because it is connected in a spiral shape at the molecular level. When force is applied, the wool exerts its amazing elasticity by trying to return to its original shape.

The outer surface of wool absorbs and releases moisture depending on the humidity outside.

Wool doesn't get sticky even when you sweat. The outer layer of wool is covered with scales, which give it the amazing ability to repel water droplets and absorb moisture .

Wool's moisture absorption capacity is approximately twice that of cotton and approximately 40 times that of polyester .

The scales on the surface of wool repel water . However, the inside of the scales contains a moderate amount of moisture, which makes static electricity difficult to generate, and therefore does not attract dust or dirt . Thanks to these two properties, wool is also characterized by its resistance to dirt and, if it does get dirty, it is easy to remove.

Wool has the ability to inhibit bacterial growth and eliminate odors, making it the perfect material for socks .

And finally, about wool socks for spring and summer. You may have the preconceived notion that wool is a material for autumn and winter, but it is actually a material that is perfect for hot seasons. What is commonly called summer wool is a yarn made by tightly twisting wool fiber bundles into a fine yarn, and the knitted fabric is glossy and smooth, and you can expect it to have a deodorizing effect due to sweat, etc.
