I'm Nomaru, the developer.
Last weekend, when big races were held all over the country, I had the pleasure of cheering on and working as an aid staff member for LAKE BIWA100 and BAMBI100 .
Both were popular big races, and the happy faces of the participating athletes were impressive.
Personally, I have helped out as a volunteer staff member in both races, so they are events that I have a special attachment to.
The first LAKE BIWA100 tournament in particular was my debut as a volunteer, and it is a memorable tournament from which I learned a lot and was deeply moved by watching a close acquaintance of mine run the extraordinary distance of 100 miles .
After the mile race debut, I had no idea that many challenges awaited me ( laughs ).
We recently had to install a water tank at the WS site, which was a good thing.
Personally, this is the best goal scene to date, but will there be another goal scene more moving than this in the future?
I have a beer in one hand ( lol )
Since this event, I have been participating in various races as a volunteer staff member.
There are always stories and emotions that you can't see just by participating as a player.
You might be interested in volunteering for a race, but feel a little hesitant to take the first step! Just try being a volunteer at a race once, and you'll discover something different to what you'd experience while running, which will make the race even more enjoyable!
Even though this is the first article since we renewed our staff blog, I didn't mention anything about the products, but just wrote about my personal memories...
New staff member Yuki has told me to write four articles per month (lol), but I'd like to write two articles per month, so please look forward to it.
