The impetus for development dates back three and a half years.
That day, during a casual conversation with someone I was running with,
"When I wear commercially available calf supports, my legs hurt because they're too tight, so when it's cold I wear loose leg warmers, but they keep slipping off... OLENO, do you have any good products?"
It all started when I was asked for advice.
I participated in a training session with the final sample of the UL Arm Sleeve. Most of the people were new to me, but now I have good friends who I can talk to about anything.
It was 3 and a half years ago, but everyone was young lol
At the time, I had the image that calf supports should have strong support, so I didn't feel the need for looser items and time passed without me starting to develop one. However, when I went to various events, I found that although it was not the majority opinion, there were certainly similar requests (especially from women).

Development began to meet these conflicting and selfish ( lol ) requests.
At first, I thought it would be possible to do it quickly, but development ran into difficulties...
The first sample was made with the same specifications as the proven arm sleeves with the same concept, but the fabric was thin and when a man wore it, his leg hair was visible, which made it look bad...
Although the stitches were made finer to improve the transparency, the appearance was still bad, so this specification was scrapped. This specification was too bad in appearance, regardless of its performance... ( tears )

Using the same knitting machine resulted in a coarse fabric density and insufficient stretchability, so we had to start over from selecting the right knitting machine...
After repeated prototyping, they finally came up with specifications that could be used for wear testing.
One day in a field test, the right and left were made of different materials with different stretchability. The right one had less stretchability, so the fabric was a little thinner, but when you compare them, they slipped down a little, so you can tell that the right one is thinner?
When we had reached a plateau because we could not find a material for the base that was both durable and comfortable.

I considered changing the knitting pattern to create some variation, but decided on a plain color to give it the best appearance.
